    Clogged Sink

    We recently bought our home and right away we noticed that there were issues with the kitchen sink which was draining slow and then eventually clogged completely. We tried to remedy it ourselves with no effect... I called Andy on a weekend and he came over within an hour!! He is such a friendly guy and was able to unclog the drain. Hooray!! He was very professional and completely cleaned up after himself. His all in price (and weekend price to boot) was great because we didn't know how long the job would take. We HIGHLY recommend Andy and Ducky's drains! He genuinely cared about the work he was doing and worked away until he (and we) were completely satisfied!

    Sewer backup in the basement

    We had a blockage causing a backup into the utility room in the basement. Andy came and snaked the line and also found out that the problem was caused by a scrap piece of pipe blocking the pump from functioning properly. Very knowledgeable, friendly service at a reasonable price. I would recommend Ducky's to anyone.

    Leaky Faucet, Clogged Drains and Slow Toliet

    Quick, professional and responsive service! I would (and have) recommend this company to others. I will be using them for all my basic residential plumbing needs. Andy arrived on-time and quickly identified and fixed my plumbing issues. A very nice, helpful couple running this business.

    Drain clog

    Andy and Manon are such a pleasure to deal with. Highly professional, quick to respond and economical. This is our third time using Ducky's and we cannot recommend them highly enough!

    I Can Not Believe It!

    After 2 sewer backups in less than 1.5 months I decided I better find out why? I had used a local Plumber and all they could do is guess what was wrong and what they told us scared us to death! (expensive!). My Son In-law recommended Andy at Duckys Drains. I called them and... right from the initial call something just seemed a bit different. I couldn't explain it then and I cant now. Andy came and did a Video Inspection for us and then I knew what felt so different. Andy and his service is far above the average. He was ahead of time, professional and got right to the issue! Add to that he may have saved us a good $10,000.00! (Long Story). Andy quickly found the problem and narrowed the location down to the foot. This determined it was on the city side of the property. With the video as evidence the city was completely on side and willing to work with me to repair the issue with the main drain that goes out under the street. Thank you Andy and Manon!

    Draining

    I quoted few companies for my drain slow flowing in basement, Ducky's drain provided the best quotation, good price for clearing the drain other than based on time. Professional work, very clean and checked the condition with Camera. Few weeks passed, everything is good. Absolutely I will recommend to anybody who need clear draining in future.

    Andrew from Ducky's Drains is a star. Excellent consumer service, delivered as promised, charged as promised (much cheaper than anybody else for much better service). We will call him again when needed!

    Lucky Duckys

    Definitely the most honest, helpful, friendly and affordable tradesmen service we've ever dealt with! Spoke with 5 different companies requesting the best options and quotes for removing our major grease buildup that was backing up our main sewer line inside our house. They all told me we would need to get pressure jetting done and gave us a rough estimate of around $900 or refused to provide any ballpark quote over the phone at all. I spoke to Andy over the phone and asked him what they charge for pressure jetting, and explained my situation. He told me that pressure jetting is unnecessarily expensive and usually never usually required for residential properties and even dangerous to perform when it's cold outside. He quoted me $250 and said he will be happy to come right after his last booked job. When he came it was a lot bigger of a job than anticipated, and he stayed over 2 hours and cleaned everything thoroughly. Even with this, he kept his original quote as mentioned over the phone! Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone, you won't be disappointed!

    Maintenance general plumbing repairs

    Andrew is amazing! He is always Prompt, Reliable, Polite and offers Great AFFORDABLE work! I am a Realtor and I always call him for my own plumbing work and refer him to all of my friends, and Home Sellers and Buyers.

    Drain cleaning

    Our sewer main backed up on boxing day. Andy fit us into what was an already busy day. He showed up when he said he would and worked professionally and efficiently to clear the drain. Excellent service for a reasonable price. If your drain backs up you can have confidence that Ducky's is the right call to make.
