We experience a plugged kitchen drain and contacted Ducky's Drains Service. Andrew cleaned out the blockage. Provided information on what we should do to maintain clear pipes. Charged exactly for the time spent to clean the drain. Andrew said that his work has a 12 months warranty. He will come to re-snake the drainage within the 12 months period. Andre did great job and we are satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

Andrew was awesome! He's very friendly and professional. Started out with drainage problems up in our main bathroom and later found it was leaking all the way down to the basement. Contacted Ducky's Drains after seeing all the positive reviews. Andrew came over and helped clear a major blockage in one of the lines and assisted in reinstalling the toilet. Thank you again! Ducky's Drains provided an excellent service, arrived at the worksite early and set up quickly, completed project before the 2hr mark which was excellent and was able to give a comprehensive explanation of the video footage he was showing me as a perspective homebuyer. Would highly recommend!

Andy with Ducky's Drains was prompt and efficient at returning my call. It's Friday and I needed a new water tank immediately for my rental property. He offered the best price and what's more, he didn't charge an emergency charge to install it on a Saturday! Communication was excellent too!

I had a great experience dealing with Ducky's Drains. I was referred to Ducky's Drains after we woke up to a broken hot water tank. One quick phone call (and a follow up phone call to provide my hot water tank model and serial number) to Ducky's Drains and I had an appointment for the next morning (I was also provided upfront with Ducky's pricing so I could easily estimate how much the service would cost me). Andrew arrived at the scheduled time and immediately set to work. He worked cleanly, tidying up before leaving, and provided a thorough, plain language explanation of the work he was doing. He went over the invoice clearly - it was all nicely laid out and the cost was very reasonable. Very glad I went with a great local, owner-run family business. I would definitely use Ducky's again (but hopefully won't need to) and would recommend Ducky's to my friends and coworkers.

Great service, prompt and friendly. Andy was very personable, offered good advice and did a great job, cleaning up beautifully afterwards. He went over his work with me and showed me how to get to the gunk that had built up in our drain basket without resorting to harsh chemical use. Price was very reasonable too (I had called around for quotes prior to booking). Great Local Company! I found both Manon and Andy a pleasure to deal with from start to end. They provided a quick and competitive quote to replace/upgrade my water heater, answering all of my questions and getting the work done quickly and effectively. I think a lot of people have a tendency to look to a big box store for this type of service as the prices are always easy to find and compare to each other. The reality is that with a company like Ducky's you'll have good information, a faster quote, a better price, and an installation you can count on all while supporting a hard working local family run business. 10 Stars !

Andy was amazing! He fit us in the day after we discovered that one of our hot water tanks had failed. Andy was on time and very polite. At the end of the install, he took the time to go over everything about the new tank and its warranty, and also gave us some advice on how to make the tandem system more efficient. Price was super reasonable too. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.
