Fantastic!!! Best ever!! We have used a few other companies for a recurring sewer backup. After the last company we had used blew us off as too busy for after hours visit we contacted Duck's based on a Yelp review. After explaining the cost options and premium required for after hours, Andy showed up on time, cleared our drain with the best equipment I had seen, and then scoped our drain to explain exactly what was happening (tree root issues) and what we could expect in the future. Earlier visits had left us with the impression that we could need an incredibly expensive sewer replacement. Ducky's was so far superior in explanation (before, during and after), service provided, tools used, cleanliness and personality of the service provider that I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

The entire process of having a water heater replaced was as smooth and painless with Ducky's. He showed up right on schedule, site was left clean and the old water heater hauled away. Nice to have someone reliable who knows what he’s doing. Service with a smile from Handy Andy :)

We experience a plugged kitchen drain and contacted Ducky's Drain service. Andy came out the day we phoned and cleaned out the blockage. Provided information on what we should do to maintain clear pipes. Charged exactly for the time spent to clean the drain. Andy said that if we have any other problems, we should contact him and he will come to fix the problem. Andy did a great job and we are very satisfied and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Andy was great, good communication. Came right on time and did all the work promptly. He event brought a tarp to cover the floor so it doesn't get dirty from the snake line. Don't call the big companies, call Andy instead! Thank you!

We hired duckys drains to install/hook up our three piece bathroom in our basement development. They were punctual, professional and did a great job. I would defnitely recommend them for household plumbing jobs.

Andrew installed shut-off valves in my bathroom and kitchen. He also removed and replaced the kitchen sink and faucet. The workmanship was impeccable! Andrew was professional, friendly and paid the utmost attention to details and customer satisfaction. Andrew even refused a tip saying that he was only doing his job! Who does that these days. To put this in perspective I was quoted double the cost (by another company) for half the work. I would definitely use Ducky's again and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

After conducting due diligence (research and contacting a few different Plumbing Companies), we opted for Ducky's for three reasons: great reviews over a brief period of time (especially when compared to older more established companies), quality customer service upon our first call, and excellent prices. When it came time for the repair, we were contacted an hour before our scheduled appointment to see if we were home with Andrew arriving 30 minutes earlier than anticipated (woo). In addition to the quality customer service and timely arrival, Andrew was friendly, personable, thorough and knowledgeable providing both recommendations and information. The repair, a kitchen faucet replacement, was quick and cost as quoted over the phone. We highly recommend booking your plumbing repairs with Ducky's as you will be pleasantly surprised!

I had a leaking tub faucet. Andrew came out promptly, fixed it quickly and was polite and professional the entire time. They provided a price estimate before hand and the whole process was smooth. Highly recommended. I was appraised of the time he would arrive and was very pleased all around.

Based on positive reviews on HomeStars, I called Ducky's Drains to take out our broken garburator and replace it with normal sink pipe. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and was reasonably priced. A very friendly manner was a real plus. I will definitely be calling Ducky's Drains for any further plumbing issues.

Water was backing up when doing laundry, Andy cleaned out the laundry and kitchen lines and a clog in the main sewage line. He is fast, polite, knowledgeable and reasonably priced, it's no surprise he gets and deserves all the positive reviews on this site.
