    Auger

    I had dirty water coming up from a drain all over my basement floor, I called a couple of company's and some of the rates were very high. I called duckys and Andy came out the same day did an amazing job unplugging my sewer and cleaning up the mess that was left and a very reasonable bill at the end. He was very polite and informative on how everything worked. I would highly recommend duckys for any of my plumbing needs.

    Service a garburator

    My garburator was jammed. Ducky's arrived promptly at the appt time. the problem was resolved quickly, and he took the time to explain how to prevent the issue in the future. also, he left a tool that will allow me to do maintenance as well. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely call them again.

    Replace/Install 2 bathroom Sinks and 1Toilet

    Andy is very personable, professional, informative, and conscientious. Work was done quickly and correctly; and included a trip by Andy to our local Rona for a part we had missed purchasing. Invoicing was detailed and very fair, so much so that we "tipped" him.

    New Hot Water Tank

    Fantastic experience. We weren't prepared for our hot water tank to quit, and Ducky's was ready and available. Clean. Respectable. Efficient. Professional. Reasonably priced and quality work completed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    Toilet Repairs

    Very happy I found Ducky's Drains! Scheduling weekend repairs was easy. It was great to have someone go the extra mile, explain repairs simply and arrive when they say they would. Work was professional, time spent was efficient, service was friendly! Thank you!

    Kitchen faucet and shower head

    Professional, knowledgeable, and personable - could you really ask for anything more? Faucet was leaking, diagnosed, and quickly repaired - saving money for a new one and the time to install a new one. Your interest seems to genuinely come first with Ducky, which from my experience, is a feeling you don't get from many contractors. Would absolutely recommend Ducky for any plumbing services.

    Service Calls

    Our company uses Ducky's for all of our maintenance plumbing issues. When managing residential real estate, plumbing issues can be very costly! Ducky's has been excellent in responding to issues promptly and fixing them. There has not been a problem they have not been able to diagnose and repair. Ducky's goes over and above when doing service calls for us. They have saved us thousands of dollars in preventative maintenance. They have taken the initiate to track the parts used in our rental properties to save time when they are called out to replace an item. This was their initiative to help us save money! How many companies do that for you? I truly wish we had more trades like Ducky's. They are honest, reliable and hard working.

    Leaking Toilet

    My toilet had started to leak around the base (the wax ring needed replaced) and my fill valve was constantly running over, got 3 or 4 different quotes and based on the reviews here and their very reasonable quote, decided to go with Ducky's Drains. Their guy arrived on time and had the whole job completed in 45 minutes!! He cleaned up once finished and left no mess or water on the floor. Toilet is working perfectly no more leaks or running valves. The final cost was $40 less than the original quote also!! I asked them to price another job for me when he had finished as we will be doing renovations in the near future. Again a very reasonable quote, so I will be using them again, come renovation time. I would highly recommend Ducky's Drains to anyone that has a plumbing problem, First class service!!

    Drain Backup

    Saved the Day. Sewer Back up. Extended his day and came the same day to fix it. Fast, Friendly and very reasonable. Would use Ducky's drains again without any hesitation.

    unplugged sewer line

    very very polite and knowledgeable ,was on time,price competitive clean and presentable with the proper tools for the job. Cleaned the area and put the the proper sheets to prevent any damage to the carpet.
