    Sump Pump Installation

    Andy was efficient, honest and has a friendly attitude. Appreciated how he worked around my schedule and came out on a weekend to do the work. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

    Plugged Drain

    Friday night and a plugged drain in basement condo. I called several companies and found Andy. He was on site within an hour and diagnosed the problem correctly and saved me from a potential flood. Great guy and fair prices. I will call him again.

    Toilet repair

    I looked up "best reviewed plumbers, Calgary" and Ducky's Drains came up. I was NOT disappointed! I left a message and was called back promptly to set an appointment. Andy showed up, knew exactly what to do, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. More importantly, his approachability and personability was a very welcome change from some other repair places I've dealt with. The price was more than fair, so do yourselves a favour, don't mess around hunting for a plumber, call Ducky's Drains right away. Thanks Andy!

    Garborator

    I gave Andy a call because of his reviews on homestars. To May surprise he answered the first call in the evening and was able to set an appointment within 48hrs. He showed up early (beat me home) and proceeded to troubleshoot the Garborator saving me $450 as I didn't have to replace anything. Only paid for a service call but if something comes up again in my home Andy will be the first person we call!

    Plugged kitchen sink

    My kitchen sink was plugged and would drain very slowed. Andy was very knowledgable, professional, and polite. He got the job done right! Thanks again! We will not hesitate to call again. 10/10 !

    Sinks and drains help

    Andy came out to my place with a smile. He was very professional and patient. (I talked a lot asked many questions.) He was knowledgeable and efficient, fixed my leaky sinks and also unclogged my drains (and taught me how!).He also looked at my tub and another toilet and gave me some advice for the future. He cleaned up everything and I appreciated his skill and the reasonable price.

    Replacement water tank and toilet repair

    After discovering water in our utility room, we called Andrew who was able to come the next morning at 6am with a replacement water tank. Andrew was polite, professional, transparent on the costs, and we were astounded by his level of service. He and his business partner, Manon also dealt with the water tank manufacturer to arrange a credit under the warranty! We called Andrew back out again a few days later to repair a leaking toilet, and received the same excellent level of service.

    Basement water line cleanout

    I used the service in 2013. Given the problem with a water line backup, he showed up quickly and at the time he stated. He was a decent guy and offered advice and even talked himself out of work that he felt was not necessary.

    blocked water line

    Andy turned up on time, did the job quickly and professionally, was polite and respectful and charged less than we expected. What more could you ask? We will definitely use Duckys Drains again if we need plumbing services.

    Outdoor tap

    I left a message and someone got back to me right away. We were able to discuss the project and determine an approximate rate over the phone. An appointment was booked for the following week. Upon examination a written estimate was provided. The project was completed the same day within a couple of hours.
