    Range Service

    Dumitru was very knowledgeable, calm, informative, curteous and very handy. He knew exactly what the problem was and he had the spare parts in his van! He finished the job in no time. Plus he gave me solid advice how to protect and take care of the apliance in the future. Overall, I was extremely happy with his service!

    Dishwasher repair.

    The service technician (Dima) explained what the problem was, and fixed it. He was very professional, and very polite. I would absolutely use your company again in the future, and I would ask for Dima to do the work.

    Microwave light fixed

    I had an issue with my hood lights on my microwave . For a couple of months I was cooking in the dark. I had received quotes in bad service from other companies and then I found this company online. I was thrilled and the technician came within days of me reporting my issue, he gave me a quote and even picked up the parts from the supplier himself to expedite the process. Pavel was awesome , He came and fixed my issue within minutes of arriving. When dealing with head office the service was professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company if you have any appliances that needed fixing.

    Service for my dryer and dishwasher

    The service technician that came out, his name was Dima and he was so polite, professional and just a nice person. He explained everything to me and showed me what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. He was truly one of the nicest service technicians I have every met and he new what he was doing. I was very pleased with his work and would recommend his services to my friends and family.

    Washer/dryer repair

    Technician was amazing! I a man so happy with the work he performed! He was professional, efficient and effective, and he even explained the cause of the damage and provided helpful tips after the fact. I cannot stress how excellent he was and I would recommend him for any job.

    Washing Machine Repair and Cleaning

    Thank you to Fix Appliance CA and to Dima (Appliance Technician) for your your expertise and professionalism. I sent an online request at 10:30pm and at 8am the next morning a lovely customer service rep (Lana) contacted me. Within minutes I has a service appointment for the next day. Dima arrived at the beginning of the service window provided and was extremely courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Based on my explanation of the problem and doing some tests on the machine he started by explaining what the “likely” problem(s) could be. Within 5 minutes I had an easy to read emailed quote based on the diagnosis. Once approved Dima went to work and was very careful with all of the parts being removed from the washing machine. As anticipated, Dima was completely accurate in his assessment and fixed the issue within 60 mins. The rate was very reasonable and everything is done online so it made the process very easy. I have to say this was an absolutely wonderful experience. Thanks to everyone involved (especially Dima for his great work) Fix Appliance will certainly be my appliance repair company of choice moving forward. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone with an appliance repair issue.

    Washing Machine Fix in Under 24 hours!!!

    I just wanted to thank Fix Appliances CA and Dima for providing such exceptional service today in fixing my LG washing machine - in under 24 hours no less! I literally was stuck with a grinding washing machine at 10:30 pm and a locked front load door. I submitted an online request for service and within minutes received an email confirmation. Then the following morning before 8:00 am I received a call from a customer representative inquiring about my online request. They literally scheduled an appointment for 4 hours later! They gave me a 2-hour window and not only did they give me an advance call 15 minutes before arrival but they were within the provided window! Dima was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He conducted a thorough assessment, walked me through his recommendations clearly and simply, and provided an electronic estimate within minutes. He even had the part in his truck and once I approved the repair, he was back with the part in no time with the repair underway. He worked quietly and cleanly and afterwards, he took the time to show me the broken part and explain how it all happened. I have to say that this was, by far, one of the best customer experiences I have had in a very long time. The rates were reasonable and I have a 90-day warranty. They are completely paperless and electronic quotes and invoices were provided seamlessly. Fix Appliances CA is now my go-to for appliance repair. Thanks to Dima and Fix Appliances CA for a wonderful and painless experience. I went from a broken, frozen washer to a happy, clean load of laundry in under 24 hours.

    Kitchen appliances installation
