I called Modern Appliance based on their reviews. I talked to Peter concerning the issue i had with my front load washer. Peter came out within the hour, and he was bang on with his diagnosis over the phone. He repaired my washer tne SAME DAY!!!!! Modern was very knowladgable, professional, and prompt. I will definately use them again! Thanks again Modern Appliance!

We spoke with Peter on the phone - he was very knowledgeable on all our appliances, and knew right away what was probably wrong with our fridge. He ordered the parts and was at our door 24 hours later. He only needed to replace 1 of the 2 parts he ordered putting the cost under his initial quote - very impressed with Peter and his company in all aspects. Thank you Peter.

Dishwasher had a burnt out thermal fuse and Peter replaced the fuse only when many would have replaced the whole board. This saved me over $200. Honest,reliable service performed quickly and efficiently with the customers interest first. Recommended without hesitation. Great service, wish he ran my cable company.

Our dryer had been squeaking badly for about two years. Two of our stovetop's electric coil burners had not been working for the past year. We didn't know any good appliance repair people - the one that our property manager recommended was going to charge us to come out and "diagnose" the problem, order the parts, and then come again to do the repair, with no guarantees that they were going to fix whatever was wrong! We were just about to throw in the towel and get new appliances when we saw the rave reviews about Modern Appliance here in Home Stars. We decided to give Peter a call, and from the first call we knew that Peter was going to do a great job. He listened carefully to the problems we described and knew right on the spot what he needed to do, and what parts he needed to order. He called me back the same day to tell us he had the parts and to schedule his visit. Peter and one of his staff arrived within the time frame that he specified with all the right parts and worked so quickly and efficiently, he had fixed all our appliances within a half hour! With Modern Appliance, there's absolutely no guesswork, or wasting your valuable time like some contractors do to look like they are "working hard" so they could charge you extra for time. Our dryer had a few different issues, and Peter was able to fix it. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. He was very helpful, explaining everything that needed to be done and what the options were. We were very glad we called him!

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. They had come to our home and was able to solve our problem. You can tell they have a systematic and professional approach to their service. I had been concerned that our appliances (complete kitchen was written off) due to some electrical faults we had experienced. But they were able to come out and trouble shoot within each part and tell exactly what the problem was. i was impressed with their time efficiency and exact measures. There was no guessing and definitely no pushing for you to buy parts that werent needed.

On a cold winters day my furnace decided to go on the fritz. Peter was professional, courteous and most important FAST!. He repaird my furnace within a day and saved me from sleeping at my inlaws. Can't thank you enough Peter. Fantastic Service!

Peter responded to my call quickly, diagnosed the problem, and returned to install the required part on time and for the promised price. in short, they did everthing i could have asked. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again or recommend them to a friend.

Peter came to my rescue, yet again; he is the best!!!
