Install or renovate kitchen: Repair damages

Water damage from the sink mean that the cabinets with the sink (counter facing the window in the first picture above). The drawer and cabinet fronts remain the same. Water damage and mold are shown in the pictures above. Also replace all counters in the kitchen. The cabinets to be replaced have three sections, drawers, centre cabinet with the sink and a corner cupboard.

I am looking to upgrade my kitchen. We take possession of the housemate 21 so it would need to be in and around then. Essentially, we are looking to remove current countertops, replace current door fronts, and ensure they run all the way up to the ceiling. The boxes can stay in for the most part, however the kitchen island would need a full upgrade as I would like it to be white oak as well as to change the countertop through out.
