Wallpaper room: Install wallpaper; Less than 150 sq ft
I am looking for an experienced wallpaper installer to install a designer wallpaper (Mind The Gap - Gardens of Jaipur) on a single accent wall.
Wall Dimensions:
Width: 83 inches
Height: 102 inches (10-foot ceilings)
The wallpaper mural is approximately 61.5 inches wide. I need it exactly centered on the 83-inch wall, leaving approximately 10.75 inches of blank wall on either side.
The wallpaper is taller than the wall (118" high).
I am considering either framing the edges with slim walnut moulding or painting the side gaps to match the background. I would value your recommendation on which provides the cleanest finish.

Paint job needed in one colour (white / egg shell) for my condo - please refer to the floor plan uploaded, only the highlighted walls need painting (no ceilings, stairs, washrooms).

We live in the Humber Bay Shores area of Etobicoke and would like an estimate on having our 709 square foot condo painted. There are seven doors, eight frames, three closets and a pantry. We have floor to ceiling windows on all exterior walls. The ceiling is 10’ 6” except the closets and pantry (8’) and bathrooms (8’ 6”). We want the walls, ceiling, doors, baseboards and trim painted with Benjamin Moore paint. We would like two coats of Benjamin Moore Aura on the walls. One coat of Benjamin Moore Advance Semi Gross for the trim, baseboards and doors. One coat of Benjamin Moore Waterbourne Ceiling Paint (508) for the ceiling. We would also request that you protect the flooring and furniture with drop-sheets. Remove and install coverplates and light fixtures, if required. Lightly sand all walls, doors and trim before painting and plaster repair minor holes or cracks in drywall, if required. We have included a floor plan of the condo and pictures of the windows on the exterior walls.
