I live in an old row house and share a brick wall with my neighbors. There is water leaking in my basement from this shared wall but it is in the middle of the house where there used to be no exterior wall. I did a full basement Reno two years ago (benching). We have a sun pump but this leak is clearly coming from the shared wall. We don’t know what to do but I think we should involve our neighbours in this job, since their basement has also flooded.

Just noticed moisture from the gas furnace. Checked the taps on the bottom of the water heat and they are completely dry so I think it's the furnace.
