Extension of Garage

I have a two car garage with two doors. I would like to explore an idea of extending the length of a garage ( on driveway to match house edge) and replace the two doors with a single large door. Is that possible? Will I need structural evaluation for this? There is a room above existing garage, which can kept as not extended to avoid complications.

I bought a house 2 weeks ago but about 60% of the hardwood flooring is squeaking. I would like to have the house finish for Airbnb. Is it best to repair and refinish all but vinyl flooring ?

What type of plywood should I use under vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen?

I’m planning to install vinyl tile flooring in my kitchen but the subfloor is currently made up of older wood boards that are a bit uneven and loose in spots. My plan is to secure or replace any weak boards and then put down a layer of plywood to create a stable base before laying the flooring. I’m just not sure what grade of plywood is best for this. Would standard exterior-grade plywood be fine, or is it worth paying extra for something like marine plywood? Any advice would be really appreciated. Thanks!

I have been provided with 40 meters of fiber optic cable by Bell. They said they cannot route it themselves and I must get an electrician to do it. It must be routed to the upper middle of the house since that's where the ethernet cables are. The easiest way seems to be from the attic. I've provided pictures showing where the cable can enter the house, and where it has to travel through the attic.

I would like to replace about 3 outdoor security cameras. 4 cameras were installed by the previous owner and I'd like to replace 3 of them with Nest outdoor wired cameras(I will provide the cameras). There are existing wiring that goes out of a box in the garage, and I'm hoping that I can reuse this setup so there's no need to make addiitonal drills. The box in the garage would no longer be needed with the nest camera setup.
