Drywall: Apply; 1 room
This is an enclosed front porch that has a leak. Leak now fixed. Most old panelling and insulation has been removed and new insulation installed. Will need all new drywall installed on both sides and taped. Where old white panelling is still in place it will need to be removed along with old insulation and new insulation and drywall will need to be added. Probably needsabout 12 4x8 panels plus ceiling

Drywall: Replace; 1 room
I am requesting a quote to replace a drywall ceiling due to water damage. Finish with popcorn ceiling and paint.

Drywall: I need someone to finish a very small patch on the ceiling...
I have a small patch on the ceiling that needs to be finished. Maybe a little more mud sanded and primed

Drywall: Replace; 2 rooms
I’m looking to get a quote on a drywall job in Mississauga.
It’s a basement ceiling, roughly 10.3 ft x 28.6 ft (about 295 sq ft). Here’s what I’m looking to have done:
-Sand/remove existing popcorn ceiling to a smooth finish
-Full-length bulkhead (runs the 28.6 ft length of the room) is currently angled — I want it squared off/boxed in
-Replace drywall as needed where the bulkhead is modified
-Tape, mud, and sand everything so the new bulkhead area blends seamlessly with the rest of the ceiling (all smooth and consistent, paint-ready, no visible seams)
-Remove popcorn ceiling in 5'x8' bathroom
A couple notes:
-I’ll have a licensed electrician handle the 8 pot lights
-No full ceiling demo — just working with the existing ceiling + bulkhead changes
-Looking for drywall/framing + finishing only
I’m planning to sell the house at the end of summer, so I’m aiming for a clean, sale-ready finish but at a competitive price.
If you can, let me know:
-If cleanup/disposal is included
-How many coats you typically do
-Anything else I should expect cost-wise
Thanks,

Repair plaster: Holes or cracks, Water damage
The tub upstairs apparently has some issues and it leaked through for a second time- I didn’t realize it was the plumbing. It leaked pretty bad as you can see
