Key Tasks: Cabinetry: Supply and install matching white shaker base and upper cabinets. Pantry: Install one full-height floor-to-ceiling pantry/cupboard on the far left end. Countertop: Fabricate and install matching granite countertop extension with a seamless joint. Special Feature: Integrate one 18" base cabinet with a double pull-out garbage/recycling unit. HVAC: Redirect one existing floor AC vent into the new cabinetry toe-kick. Requirements: Must provide a portfolio showing similar cabinet matching/blending work. Water leaked from upside and caused a damage like the photo I just uploaded. Would appreciate it if you could give me a fair price to fix.

Need to remove and replace drywall and repaint ceiling and the skylight shaft. Leak into the kitchen ceiling needs work. One 4’ X 8’ sheet of drywall will do the job. The skylight shaft is about 15’ x 3’ x 3’, need painting. Surrounding ceiling also needs a repaint. One or two of the kitchen lights will need to be reinstalled.

Need to takeoff the vent cover, vacuum, or scrape out the existing hornets nest, fill in all around the pipe in the hole with insulating Forman sealant /gap filler, reattach siding piece .I have a shop vac and gap filler on site.

Main renovations I can think of: - new shower install - connect shower drain to current plumbing - sewage drain to be moved - mirror and sink install - additional lighting - venting install (it's a basement bathroom)
