Install or repair faucets: Repair faucets; 1 faucet

Victorian style bathtub tap set is not functioning properly and cold water tap is leaking. Although this model uses ceramic cartridges and not traditional rubber washers, we cannot get the tap to stop dripping. Additionally, the shower/tub diverter is not functioning smoothly. As it is part of a set (curtain ring; shower head; handheld spray faucet) we are looking for a repair rather than a replacement of the hot and cold water regulators/faucets. We are specifically looking for a plumber who has experience with this style of tap.

Install or renovate bathroom: Complete renovation; 50 - 100 sq ft

Replace shower/tub with tub only and cut the wall housing the plumbing down, surround with beadboard (see screenshot image). Replace vanity, replace toilet, replace floors, paint and clean up ceiling (old drywall tape and paint need refreshing). Switch lighting from single overhead to sconces. Replace window trim.

Repair shower or bath: Shower; Leakage / water damaged

Just bought the house and it needs some pipes fixed in the show in basement of house

Install or renovate bathroom: repair shower pan and re-tile shower...

Hi John, my brother in law Andrew Leslie recommended I reach out. We have a leak in our 2nd floor ceiling and had someone come out to investigate who strongly suspects the 3rd floor shower pan is leaking and recommended we get that replaced. Are you able to quote us for the work? They recommended removing the floor tiles and two rows of wall tiles and replacing the showerpan. We'll also need the drywall repairing on our 2nd floor ceiling where holes were cut to investigate. Let me know if you're available and able to quote for the work. Thank you!

We have a leak that it is suspected is coming from our 3rd floor shower pan so will need it replaced and repaired. It was recommended that we remove the floor tiles and two rows of wall tiles in order to replace the pan. We'll also need the drywall repairing on our 2nd floor ceiling, where holes were cut to investigate. See photos of the shower and the ceiling holes here. Thank you!
