Install or repair faucets: Repair faucets, Purchase faucets; 1 faucet

I need a licensed plumber to fix a bathroom faucet that was botched by a handyman. The original issue was a leak and a high-pitched noise. The handyman replaced the cartridge yesterday; the leak and noise stopped, but now the hot water is completely blocked. Cold water works, but there is zero flow when turned to the hot side. Please bring a universal or brand-specific cartridge (it appears to be a single-handle unit) and be prepared to potentially replace the entire faucet if the previous worker damaged the housing or the supply lines. I also require a written report on the invoice stating that the previous installation was faulty, as this is for a legal matter with the Landlord and Tenant Board.

Install or repair faucets: Repair faucets; 1 faucet

We have an existing faucet in the basement that is ruining water full time. The knobs are turned as tight as I dare and the water continues to run.

Install or repair bathroom fixtures: Replacement; Bath

My jacuzzi bathtub is 30 years old and cracked. I want to replace it (not patch it). Not renovating any other part of the bathroom. The interior size of the alcove is 57 7/8 inches and the tub is 19 in high. Width of alcove is 31inches from tile to far edge of tub. Assume a 60 inch sub fits in between the studs (will confirm with superintendent). The tub is leaking into the unit below. Included in the pictures are some shots underneath. There's a little wiggle room to move the drain but the center of the hole looks to be about 6 inches from the tile (rough measurement - eyeballing it). Will need something close. This is a condo that is trades friendly in the St. Clair/Mt Pleasant area. Would like to get this done in the next few weeks - month at the longest. Need a full, detailed quote from a service provider who uses licensed plumbers (I need to see license). Quote should be for full service, start to finish. I'd need a full quote including: *demolition and removal of old acrylic tub. Cap off the jacuzzi connectors or remove them, whatever is easiest *cutting any existing tile, replacing with trim as needed (I can source and buy the trim tile myself if needed) *sourcing and installing new tub of comparable size (not a jacuzzi tub, a regular tub); cheaper of finding a tub with hole in same place OR getting a standard tub and moving the drain. I just want a basic, decent quality tub that will last 10-15 years with daily use by one person *Patching/fixing/painting the ceiling in the downstairs unit (picture included). *Note, not changing the trim kit. Also might need your help moving furniture a little to get new tub in; can't do it myself. *full waterproofing/sealing around entire tub/shower area

Install or repair faucets: Install faucets; 2 faucets

In addition to replacing the two faucets, the leak in the connection of the hosepipe reel needs to be fixed. Also, the outdoor faucet and pipe assembly is currently not secure to the outside brick wall and needs to be fixed so that there is no movement or play

Repair shower or bath: Bathtub stopper; Bath tub drain and stopper...

In addition to this bathtub drain stopper fix , we would to check the reason for low water pressure and that could be an additional job.
