Popcorn ceiling removal, repair, or apply: Repair textured ceiling
Looking for someone to repair a small inspection hole and some water stains on my neighbour's textured ceiling.

Install plaster: Less than 100 sq ft
We had a washer/dryer hookup installed in our main floor bathroom. When they did this, one of the pipes stuck out further than the rest of the wall.
We carved a bit out of the drywall piece we purchased so that we could get the drywall onto it as flat as possible, while still having it strong/thick enough.
We tried taping it but gaps were too large to get things to lay flat. We also tried plastering it so that we could sand it flat, but we are out of our element.
We recognize that we need professional help in order to make this look as flat as possible. We understand that it will likely be impossible to make it look completely flat as it did before we had this installed, but would be thrilled to at least get it close/not noticeable.

Install plaster: Less than 100 sq ft
I am looking for a plaster contractor to patch up a few spots in the house where the walls were damaged during renovations.
The job will be half a day or a full day max.

Popcorn ceiling removal, repair, or apply: Remove popcorn acoustic...
This is the living/dining space on the ground floor, plus the front hallway (the whole thing is open concept so I've classified it as one room). If we are delighted with the work and the overall service, then we have many upstairs rooms (upstairs hallway, bedrooms) with popcorn ceilings that we may also wish to engage the same contractor to do as part of a second engagement. There is furniture to work around. We do not want pot lights fitted - this is purely popcorn ceiling removal and skim coat. Rough estimate 350 sq ft of ceiling to be done in the ground floor area.

Drywall: Apply; 1 room
Repair drywall that was removed after flood damage in 2023. Bottom two feet were removed and sump pump installed. Would also like to frame a wall/closet around sump pump.
