Removal of existing popcorn (acoustic) ceiling texture in two rooms. Work includes full protection of floors, walls, and furniture, careful scraping of existing texture, surface preparation, and refinishing of the ceiling to a smooth, paint-ready finish. Ceilings will then be primed and painted for a clean, modern appearance.

Drywall: Apply; 1 room

Had a shower removed, lines and drain have been capped. Need a wall on the "toilet side" of the picture just out far enough to cover the rough in. Wood pieces there have been left from the shower. Would like to go ahead and finish this bathroom so looking for this very small project to be finished sooner than later so we can finish floor and paint.
