Project Description: We are looking for a skilled millworker or cabinet maker (with finish carpentry experience) to build and install a custom fireplace feature wall. We will provide photos, inspiration, and measured drawings for reference. Scope of Work: Built-in unit centered around a recessed electric fireplace (already purchased, electrical is in place). Floating wood mantel (red oak preferred, to be stained to match other oak finishes in the home). Open shelving and lower storage on both sides of the fireplace, in a clean, modern style. Assistance sourcing and recommending materials that balance style with budget (paint-grade or natural wood accents are both options). Details: The wall area is ready for install; contractor will handle necessary framing and fabrication for the built-in. We have attached sketches with full measurements and reference photos of the look we’re aiming for. Timeline is important — we’re hoping to move quickly. Must have experience with custom built-ins and fireplaces, and be comfortable with precise fit and finish.

I need a (ideally TSSA-certified) RV propane system installation. It’s for a stove with oven and a hot water heater, with 2 BBQ-size propane tanks planned in an under-truck storage box. I’m available anytime.
