Hi, I’m in Etobicoke (1600 sq ft home) with hydronic radiator heating, one thermostat (single zone). Existing boiler is Slant/Fin Galaxy GG100HXPED (100,000 BTU input / 80,000 BTU output), natural draft with draft hood.
I have an Enbridge Category B notice for Mandatory Boiler Inspection 7.1.12.1. Deadline extended to Feb 19. The inspection/testing was not performed at the prior visit, so I need a contractor to:
•Complete the mandatory inspection and provide written readings/results, and
•Clear/close the Category B notice with documentation acceptable to Enbridge.
Please quote as two separate line items (so I can compare fairly):
1.Mandatory inspection + B-tag clearance documentation (all-in price)
2.Optional boiler replacement (heat-only boiler) — I have a separate hot water tank already, so I am not looking for a combi boiler. Include: proposed boiler model/size, venting plan, and what near-boiler piping/controls are included.
Please also include:
•Earliest appointment date before Feb 16.
•Warranty info (parts/labour)
•Your TSSA registration/credentials (business name/registration number if available)
Notes: Boiler and water heater currently vent into the same sidewall venting arrangement.

The cooktop has been installed.
Project is to complete the Gas cable connection from pipe to cooktop as pictures show. The existing cable rough-in with valve (can seen in the photo) is within 2' away to the intake of cooktop.
Requirements:
1. regulator is provided as shown in the photo 2. to avoid the drawers (they are all shorter and already leave the enough space for the connection) 3. please provide all the necessary materials. 4. must follow Markham code 5. provide warrenty 6. licensed and attach the tag with the warrenty
