Foundation Settling (Southwest Corner): We suspect foundation movement in the southwest corner of the house, possibly due to poor drainage. Symptoms include: A gradually sloping floor on the second floor. A second-floor door that no longer closes properly. Basement Moisture and Paint Damage (Northeast Corner): The basement’s northeast corner shows signs of humidity and moisture infiltration. Paint is peeling off one wall, and we are concerned about potential long-term damage. Vinyl Siding Repairs and Installation: A section of vinyl siding near the roof has broken off, likely due to birds nesting underneath the eaves. The north side of the house still has its original brick. We would like to install vinyl siding on this side to match the rest of the home and improve insulation. Deteriorating Wooden Stairs (Front and Backyard): The wooden stairs in both the front and backyard are falling apart. We are interested in exploring longer-lasting replacement options. We would appreciate recommendations on whether concrete or stone stairs would be more durable and cost-effective in the long term compared to rebuilding with wood. Evidence includes: A gradually sloping floor on the second floor above this area. A second-floor door near this corner that no longer closes properly, suggesting shifting or settling. Basement Humidity & Wall Damage (Northeast Corner): In the basement, the northeast corner is showing signs of moisture. The paint on one wall is peeling, possibly due to high humidity or water infiltration. The basement tiles near this area is also shattered, possibly due to uneven flooring. Vinyl Siding Repairs and Installation: A section of vinyl siding near the roof has broken off, likely due to birds nesting underneath the eaves. The north side of the house still has its original brick and has never had vinyl siding installed. We would like to add matching vinyl siding to this side for both insulation and aesthetic reasons. We would also like to install an awning on the vinyl siding. One Kitchen and one bathroom sink replacements Interested in options for some landscaping in the backyard as well.

Replacing surrounding stone wall with modern style sidings

We are looking to have wood like vinyl flooring installed in our new home: in the upstairs hallway and in the Primary Bedroom. We would need this done between July 1st- 3rd.
