No roofing underlay, what should I do?

My roof has shingles but no underlay or barrier underneath. I’m planning to convert the attic into an office and was going to put up drywall. Should I add something first to protect the drywall from moisture in case water ever leaks through the shingles?

Is it okay to tile over existing tiles or should I take them out first?

I’m planning a bathroom renovation and was wondering if it’s okay to install new tiles directly over the old ones or if it’s better to remove them completely first. The existing tiles are in decent shape and still well stuck to the wall, but I’m not sure if tiling over them would cause problems down the road with weight, adhesion or moisture. Has anyone done this? And what would you recommend?

main floor bathtub will be removed so master bathroom will have shower and toilet... bedroom closet will be replaced with a stand up shower for main floor bathroom. This work (in blue) need to start on Nov 13 and finished by Nov 28. The work in green and the entire basement (replace carpet stairs, install tiles in foyer, etc) can be finished after Nov 28.

The shower handle is malfunctioning. Water does not flow when it is activated (turned). It is Kohler brand. Only the shower handle needs to be replaced.

Stop leakage: Unknown problem

Blue water started coming out of the clear dishwasher tube. Both kitchen sinks started filling up with liquid. There is no smell. The basement drain is completely dry. Only the kitchen area is having issues. It has also leaked through to the ceiling in the basement directly below the sink.

Repair or maintain heating system: No heat

I have a Goodman furnace. I get error code 23. Hoses seem clear. Flame checking thing I cleaned. The igniter was replaced in the last few years if I recall. I posted the picture so the different ratings of the pressure switches could be seen. The furnace fan will spin but it just won't ignite any fire. Gas runs fine.
