1. Removal / Demo
* Remove existing corner shower unit (base + walls + door)
* Remove existing vanity and disconnect plumbing
* Dispose of debris (or specify if disposal is extra)

2. Shower Installation
* Install new acrylic shower base (approx. 36” x 36”)
* Install shower wall panels (no tile work required)
* Install shower door (semi-frameless)
* Ensure proper leveling, sealing, and waterproofing
* Connect to existing drain

3. Plumbing Connections
* Reconnect/install shower faucet and fixtures
* Install and connect new vanity (max 36”)
* Connect sink, faucet, P-trap, and water lines
* Leak testing required

4. Wall Preparation (Light Work Only)
* Minor drywall patching if needed after demo
* Walls will be pre-treated/painted by homeowner (not full drywall job)
