We had to remove the carpet from 2 steps to have some creaking fixed. Carpet pieces just need to be reinstalled. Upstairs hallway has some rippling as well as some early signs of rippling at the entrance of one bedroom. Looking to have it stretched and the ripples removed.

This sofa is a Gus modern over 10 years old. Gorgeous linen very durable fabric. Middle of sofa seat is sagging because of coils having come off. I had to cut the black fabric to see if I could get at the coils myself. Would like a quote to repair the bottom coils/and replace plastic black clips for coils with something stronger than plastic. It has fading on it from sun otherwise I wouldn't even replace the fabric. Wouldn't mind a quote for a full reupholster job.
