I would like to have the icicles removed from my roof.

My basement tenant has notice water coming down from the kitchen hood. It does not happen all the time, only once in a while it comes down and fills 2-3 big bowls in the kitchen, then stops. It has happened 4-5 times in the past one year or so and twice in the last 1-1.5 weeks. Right above the hood behind drywall passed the pipe for the outdoor water supply but there is no access pannel to take a look to see if thats causing the problem. I need someone with sophisticated tools and gadgets like cameras that can be inserted through pot lights hole to check out whats happened and then find a fix. There are kitchen cabinets and the hood in the area that I dont want to damage.

Hello - I have a large icicle that appears to be creating an ice dam - my gutters are frozen at the side of my flat roof. Looking to have the icicle and ice / snow removed in the short-term and a longer term solution to avoid this in the future.

I have a roof job to be done. Mainly leaking from ceiling coming from roof, and roof sheathing mold. Is it something you do? Urgent as downspout and gutter is now gone. Way more ice build up and very large ice. Need someone to inspect without me being there and communicate with me over the phone. Please.
