Install or renovate stairs: Interior; Renovate existing stairs

Length 34" Width currently 11" Thickness .. Seeking recommendation. While I was away, I had a tradesperson replace these six (not seven) stair treads on an existing monorail floating staircase. He used treads 1 1/8" thickness. The rise is now different at the top and bottom. Also, they don't look as classy as before when they were butcher block style not with nosing. I'm seeking advice on how to replace these replacements. It is six steps and currently with the new treads installed the rise is as follows: 6 5/8" rise at bottom step 7" at middle steps 7 5/8" at top step can you advise what I need to do in the cost of ordering these threads? My math says new treads should be 1 and 1/4, but I'd like to consider mitred to look a bit thicker.
