Builder-grade 3 level townhome with 2 sets of stairs connecting lower level to main floor and main floor to upper floor seeking to replace carpet with wood stairs instead. Each staircase has a 3 step walk up to a small landing and then connects to the upper floor with a curved stairway.

We are looking to renovate an existing set of stairs, across 2 floors. The main floor to second floor includes 2 sets of stairs with a landing and 2 large winders, and the basement set contains 5 winders mid-run. At a minimum, we are looking to refinish the stairs, and completely replace all railings (and install new railings were there are none today). You can see by the photos there are some unique challenges for these "far-from-code" stairs. We're looking for a creative partner to help us solve as many of these challenges as best we can. We are open and flexible on options for materials and finishes - we have some ideas in mind, but realize certain designs may better solve our situation than others. Looking to start this project sooner rather than later, but can be flexible on timing.
