A couple of months ago, I had a leak from my fridge. Water seeped through the flooring down to the basement and caused damage to the ceiling in the 40 square foot bathroom. Upon inspection today there is mold on the majority of the ceiling (limited to the ceiling, wood beams are clear of mold as far as I can tell). I am needing the ceiling to be replaced (and repainted) and any remaining mold (if any) to be remediated.
