Water has been leaking beside the shower and in the hallway. I had a plumber come by and he tested all the pipes and nothing was leaking. Building management just had someone come and open up the wall and found lots of mold. The problem is coming from the shower. The grout has holes in it and water has seeped in and gone through the drywall. My tenant has been feeling sick and the doctor says it’s due to mold exposure. I have to find someone to get rid of the mold, redo the drywall and then retile the shower.

This ceiling has been replaced before and it had mould on the other side of it. An industrial dehumidifier was in place for a few days and then a new drywall ceiling. It appears the leak is still happening. We shall be replacing the toilets but want to determine where the leak is coming from first.
