We had an accident with a bedroom door in our house causing the dent shown in the attached picture. I am assuming that the damage cannot be repaired but please let me know if I'm wrong. Otherwise we need to have the door replaced. If we cannot get a matching door, we would instead ask to have one of our basement doors moved to replace the bedroom door and then the new door installed in the basement.
