Moved into this place june 1st and there was this sorta patched hole in the roof the landlord said that there was a leak but the leak has been fixed but it looks like theres mould all in that wall.

I own this single family house and live here with my fiancé and our cat. My main concern is the mold on the window frames. Photos 1-5: show only a few of the window sills that have mold, but there are more - not all the windows in my house are affected, but most are. Photos 6-7: I think there was a flood in the bathroom before I bought the house, as the baseboards, door frame, etc are warped. Not sure the extent of damage. Photo 8: The drain in my furnace room
