Extension of Garage

I have a two car garage with two doors. I would like to explore an idea of extending the length of a garage ( on driveway to match house edge) and replace the two doors with a single large door. Is that possible? Will I need structural evaluation for this? There is a room above existing garage, which can kept as not extended to avoid complications.

I bought a house 2 weeks ago but about 60% of the hardwood flooring is squeaking. I would like to have the house finish for Airbnb. Is it best to repair and refinish all but vinyl flooring ?

What type of plywood should I use under vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen?

I’m planning to install vinyl tile flooring in my kitchen but the subfloor is currently made up of older wood boards that are a bit uneven and loose in spots. My plan is to secure or replace any weak boards and then put down a layer of plywood to create a stable base before laying the flooring. I’m just not sure what grade of plywood is best for this. Would standard exterior-grade plywood be fine, or is it worth paying extra for something like marine plywood? Any advice would be really appreciated. Thanks!

Easy access to the back. Large open yard surrounded by farmers fields. I would want the fence right on the ground to prevent my animals from getting out and any wildlife from getting in. The width of the yard is 95 feet. I would want a wide gate at the driveway to be able to get a riding lawnmower through and a gate at the back to exit to the fields. I am moving into the home the end of February so the fence would be installed as soon as possible in the spring.
