Install or replace pool heating system: Replacement; 100 - 200 sq ft

I'm replacing an old Jandy 250 with a RayPak 266A Electronic 266,000 BTU Natural Gas Heater With Cupro Nickel Exchanger. The gas line and electrical are located within the shed and would need to be extended a bit for the install outside the shed. The pictures below will give you an idea. The new location outside does not have a level base as it is made of paver stones and smaller pebbles. I was thinking of installing a metal bracket type base, similar to the ones they have for AC. Also bought new sand filter and pump, as such, will need to run new plumbing between pump, salt water chlorinator, heater and filter. I also about a Jandy back flo valve to install with new heater.

Landscape curbing: New landscape design; More than 1000 sq ft

Looking to get concrete path beside the driveway, along the side of the house, patio in the backyard, path along the fence to a 10'x10' concrete pad in the back corner for a shed. Concrete stairs would be required for the front door, side door, and backyard/kitchen door. Would like rebar in concrete for high durability. I am not sure what the Guelph City By-Laws are. The attached layout is for a semi-detached home and the proposed drawing is what I want but not sure if it meets the By-Laws
