Extension of Garage

I have a two car garage with two doors. I would like to explore an idea of extending the length of a garage ( on driveway to match house edge) and replace the two doors with a single large door. Is that possible? Will I need structural evaluation for this? There is a room above existing garage, which can kept as not extended to avoid complications.

I bought a house 2 weeks ago but about 60% of the hardwood flooring is squeaking. I would like to have the house finish for Airbnb. Is it best to repair and refinish all but vinyl flooring ?

What type of plywood should I use under vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen?

I’m planning to install vinyl tile flooring in my kitchen but the subfloor is currently made up of older wood boards that are a bit uneven and loose in spots. My plan is to secure or replace any weak boards and then put down a layer of plywood to create a stable base before laying the flooring. I’m just not sure what grade of plywood is best for this. Would standard exterior-grade plywood be fine, or is it worth paying extra for something like marine plywood? Any advice would be really appreciated. Thanks!

Hi there, I am reaching out to you because we recently installed a shower at our client’s home and the base was damaged slightly. It made a small visible chip, and I’m wondering if this is something that you can help with. I can attach some pictures so that you can see what was damaged, and if possible could you give me a quote to repair this, and let me know if you also would be able to do the touch up paint as well? The company that provided the base is called Agua Canada. The base is made of a mix of polyurethane resin and marble powder. I’m attaching pictures for reference as well. Thanks Kelly
