No roofing underlay, what should I do?

My roof has shingles but no underlay or barrier underneath. I’m planning to convert the attic into an office and was going to put up drywall. Should I add something first to protect the drywall from moisture in case water ever leaks through the shingles?

Is it okay to tile over existing tiles or should I take them out first?

I’m planning a bathroom renovation and was wondering if it’s okay to install new tiles directly over the old ones or if it’s better to remove them completely first. The existing tiles are in decent shape and still well stuck to the wall, but I’m not sure if tiling over them would cause problems down the road with weight, adhesion or moisture. Has anyone done this? And what would you recommend?

Kindly requesting for a quotation on some washroom renovations we’re looking for at this location. We can finalize further details as we proceed down the line.

Repair wall or floor tiles: Floor tile; 1 tile

A tile rocking back and forth (now safely removed) needs to be reinstalled, and colour matching grout needs to be reapplied to the 4 sides of the repaired tile.

Wall or floor tiling: Interior; New installation; 3 walls

Kitchen backsplash-25 sq ft total with 5x5 in tiles-you can see 2 tiles in the second picture. Tiles will be provided. Pls provide a quote and estimated start date and duration.

Repair floor: Wooden

The sqeaking is most prominent in the kitchen area. The rest of the floor is not too bad. Kitchen is 13 x 15 in total but not all of it is impacted.

Install or renovate bathroom: Kitchen/dining room; Less than 50 sq ft

I would like to discuss different ideas with contractors as I kinda know what o want but not sure if it’s doable
