Extension of Garage

I have a two car garage with two doors. I would like to explore an idea of extending the length of a garage ( on driveway to match house edge) and replace the two doors with a single large door. Is that possible? Will I need structural evaluation for this? There is a room above existing garage, which can kept as not extended to avoid complications.

I bought a house 2 weeks ago but about 60% of the hardwood flooring is squeaking. I would like to have the house finish for Airbnb. Is it best to repair and refinish all but vinyl flooring ?

What type of plywood should I use under vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen?

I’m planning to install vinyl tile flooring in my kitchen but the subfloor is currently made up of older wood boards that are a bit uneven and loose in spots. My plan is to secure or replace any weak boards and then put down a layer of plywood to create a stable base before laying the flooring. I’m just not sure what grade of plywood is best for this. Would standard exterior-grade plywood be fine, or is it worth paying extra for something like marine plywood? Any advice would be really appreciated. Thanks!

I’ve recently had plumbing moved from the floor to wall in a bathroom (part of a larger reno). I’m now looking for someone to replace insulation under the section of removed floor, close up the floor, add tiles (3 - will require cutting), repair the removed drywall, and put in new trim where it’s currently missing. The attached photos show everything I believe is needed, for background. The main tile for the bathroom is 13x13 inch ceramic - somewhat of a warm stone / earth look. Unfortunately, I don’t have any more of this tile. As a result, I plan to just use the dark tile I do have (shown in the bottom left of one of my photos), and paint it after to match as closely as possible. If you feel you’d be able to get 13x13 tile similar to what I have (the lighter colour), please let me know.

These shower tiles were previously re-grouted and have been dislodged again. I open to replacing the tiles with bigger tiles.

Hello! I would like to replace the backsplash in my kitchen - however I am wondering if it’s possible to tile over it with a new tile instead, in order to mitigate a huge mess tearing down the current one. Thanks.

Grout over black spots and holes. Tub has weird orange dots, remove if possible. Caulking around sink. Would like completed within a week if possible.
